Awatif ("we", "us", "our") operates Awatif, a web-based structural analysis and design platform. We are the data controller for the personal data processed through our Service.

When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name (if applicable), and professional qualifications or role.

Usage Data

Project Data

When you use the Service, we process the structural models, input parameters, loading data, and analysis configurations you submit. This data is processed solely to provide the Service to you.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive only a transaction identifier and billing address.

After account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
