📰 Awatif September-25 Update

This is the first post in our new monthly update series! I’ll be sharing the progress we’re making at Awatif — the wins, the experiments, and sometimes the surprises.

September was a big one. We finished the Slab Designer example — an experiment to see if we could run shell element simulations right from the browser. Not only did it work… it was faster than we expected! You can move columns around and watch the results update instantly. It felt like magic ✨

That little success gave us huge confidence for what’s next. Our goal is to build the first open-source structural analysis and design software — something that helps:

• 🔹 Traditional engineers design directly from the browser
• 🔹 Computational designers customize the app however they want
